What happens to my free trial account data after the trial period concludes?
myKase will automatically delete uploaded data/content on the 14th day from the start of your trial. However, you can download your data before that date or convert your account to a paid subscription to retain access.

What happens if we do not renew? Who owns the data?
Ownership of all data remains with the client. myKase employees have no access to your information.
If you’ve opted for the cloud version, myKase retains your data for
3 months after the license expiry.
During this period, you can download all your data (files, memos, contacts, tasks, etc.)
through the export option.
How can I transition from one plan to another on myKase?
Please contact your Relationship Manager or email contact@mykase.in to request a plan transition.
Is there a binding lock-in period with myKase?
No, there is no binding lock-in period. However, if you cancel your subscription before it ends, the subscription amount for the remaining period will not be refunded.
How long is the data safe till after I stop my subscription?
myKase will retain your data securely for 3 months after expiry.
You can download your data during this time.

Yes, myKase follows a per-user subscription model. Each team member or client is considered a unique user, and you need to pay for every user accessing the platform.

What do you mean that there is anytime, anywhere access?
“Anytime, Anywhere Access” means you have a truly agile workspace. myKase brings your practice management to your devices, allowing you to log in from anywhere and stay updated with ongoing work while on the move.
Does myKase take care of confidentiality?

Rights and access levels can be customized by the administrator to ensure
proper control and segregation of information.

myKase is a cloud-hosted solution accessible from anywhere. Teams in different offices or geographical locations can collaborate, share, and co-edit documents seamlessly through myKase.
Is there any limitation on the number of documents I can store or upload?
There is no limit to the number of documents you can upload or store on the cloud. Terms and Conditions apply.
Is there a limit to the file size that can be uploaded on myKase?
There is no strict file size limit. However, we recommend not uploading files larger than 5MB for faster performance. If your files are larger, consider splitting them for quicker uploads.
I have Legacy Data — how do I include that on myKase?

How much time will it take to upload/download files from myKase servers?
The upload or download time depends on your internet speed and the size of your files.
How much is the storage?
Each user gets 500GB of secure cloud storage space on myKase.
Is 500GB enough space for 1000 cases’ documents?
Yes, 500GB is generally more than sufficient for 1000 cases. However, it depends on the average size of uploaded files. If you need additional space, you can purchase more at ₹25 per GB.
I have 3000 cases, how can I add those cases to myKase?
Our team can help you import all your clients and cases into myKase. Contact support for migration options.
Is there any limit on the individual file size to upload in Document Management?
Yes, the maximum individual file size allowed for upload is 100MB.

I have opted for myKase to be hosted on office server — what happens if the server crashes?
Unfortunately, myKase has no control over your internal server or its data integrity.
